Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase only if it has not been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return (if eligible) after delivery.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed only when:
• An order is cancelled within the cancellation window.
• A return is approved as per our Returns & Exchange eligibility. - For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before shipping, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (depending on what’s practical) within 14 working days.
- Shipping charges and payment gateway fees will not be refunded, unless an item is defective/incorrect.
- All refunds are subject to inspection and approval of the returned product.
Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
• Unused, in its original condition and packaging; and
• Returned within 24 hours of delivery. - Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Process
- To initiate a return or refund, contact us with your order details, photos/videos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
As per Indian law, sellers should accept returns and issue refunds when goods are defective, not as described, or delivered late beyond the stated schedule.
